„Die Cineplex Gruppe ist ein Zusammenschluss wirtschaftlich eigenständiger, mittelständischer Kinounternehmen. Mit 88 Kinos, 557 Leinwänden mit ca. 93.000 Sitzplätzen sind wir Marktführer in Deutschland. Cineplex setzt das OneCinema TMS seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich ein. Das System hat sich durch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und die Anpassung an unsere Bedürfnisse zu einem aus unserer Sicht unverzichtbaren Tool entwickelt. Mit OneCinema Cloud erstellen wir das Trailerprogramm für alle laufenden Filme unserer 91 Kinos. Diese wöchentliche Arbeit, die früher alle Standorte selbst einzeln für sich durchführen mussten, erledigen wir heute in vier Stunden von unserer Zentrale heraus mit ein bis zwei Mitarbeitern. Lokale bzw. eigene Werbespots lassen sich mit wenigen Klicks regelbasiert hinzufügen. Die Werbespots unserer Werbemittler werden vollautomatisiert in die Playlisten eingefügt. Der Content wird ebenso automatisch verteilt. In den letzten Jahren haben wir die Gebäudeautomation unserer Kinos vorangetrieben. Mit OneCinema Automation & Monitoring können wir unsere Gebäudetechnik auf Basis des Spielplans und der Besucherzahlen regeln. Gestartet haben wir damit unsere Projektion mit aller Peripherie automatisiert an- und auszuschalten, den Betrieb zu überwachen und bei Bedarf eines Eingreifens den zuständigen Mitarbeiter zu benachrichtigen. Im letzten Jahr haben wir begonnen unsere Klimaanlagen mit dem OneCinema System zu verbinden und zu regeln. Damit steigt der Raumkomfort für unsere Besucher, während wir die Energiekosten senken können. Neben der Stabilität, Zuverlässigkeit und intuitiven Bedienung der Software schätzen wir die partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit OneCinema in Bezug auf die kontinuierliche und praxisbezogene Weiterentwicklung ihrer Softwaremodule, die innovative Arbeit der Entwickler und den professionellen Support. "We have been using EIKONA TMS and the complementary modules for the foyer and hardware automation in our 3 sites and 24 screens for several years. This enables us to use the full potential of the software, which makes our work extremely easy. Automation & Monitoring boots up the complete cinema and building technology fully automatically on the basis of the schedule and shuts it down automatically after the last performance. If no ticket is sold for a performance, the cinema technology is automatically switched off, which reduces electricity costs. Monitoring the lifetime of the xenon bulbs is also a real big benefit. This means that the projectionist is not limited to the projection room and can turn his attention to other tasks. An important feature for us is the automatic volume increase when the system detects that an auditorium has reached a certain level of capacity based on the number of visitors from the POS system. This increases the quality of each individual performance. Since the digital signage for all locations can be programmed from a central control system, it is extremely easy for the employees to bring content to the monitors of every location. Views for the POS or weekly schedules are automatically generated by the system based on data from your POS system. It is also important for us that EIKONA is constantly developing the software and that they are not satisfied with what they have achieved so far."
