Must Haves

  • You have completed an apprenticeship in the IT field or have a very high affinity for IT
  • You're a communication talent: friendly, confident and sovereign whether on the phone, by mail or by videocall
  • You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner both independently and as part of a team
  • Your way of working is characterized by initiative, flexibility and a sense of responsibility .
  • You speak fluent in German and have at least a good command of English

Nice to Haves

  • Initial experience in a support or cinema environment

What does a support employee do at OneCinema?

You work in a cross-functional agile team together with colleagues from frontend and backend development, project management and sales.

Support at OneCinema means helping customers with questions and problems in the daily use of our software.

You coordinate installation and setup projects for new and existing customers, from ordering hardware to commissioning. You also train customers in the use of the various systems. You carry out software updates in the cinemas - from release notes to rollout.
